I’ve had the joy of caring for many different types of dogs over the years—large and small, energetic and calm, young pups and senior companions. Growing up with dogs taught me to naturally understand canine behavior and body language, which helps me respond to their needs quickly and appropriately. Whether it’s a wagging tail or subtle signs of stress, I’m tuned in to what your dog is trying to say. In addition to basic care and companionship, I’m experienced in administering oral medications, including pills and chewables, with patience and care. Your pet’s health and comfort are always my top priority. Whether your dog needs a playmate, a calming presence, or just someone who understands them, I’m here to help them feel safe and happy while you’re away.

My visits are customized to you and your pet's preferences. I will walk with them on leash. I can easily crate them if it is necessary.

Kara was an Amazing Pet Sitter for my Ziva French Bulldog she sent me pics on a daily basis and i didn’t expect her to eat her normal routine because this is the first time I have traveled since I adopted her. But I will be sure to recommend her in the future and being that I don’t travel much, I will certainly pick her again next time.
Kara did an excellent job taking care of our 2 mini doxies. They love her so. I highly recommend her!
Kara was awesome!!! We had a sitter cancel last minute and Kara not only did the meet and greet next day but also learned how to administer insulin for our cat. Communicative and responsible, and BOTH our animals snuggled with her!
I had a service dog Bailey that Kara took care of when I had to go somewhere the dog couldn't go. Bailey could not be left alone because of separation anxiety. Kara was always reliable and extremely professional. Bailey was a bull terrier mix, she weighed about 65 pounds and extremely strong. Kara handled her with care and confidence. Kara always treated me, my home, and my fur baby with much respect. I would recommend Kara for any of your needs. Thank you.
Kara watched our cat for us when we went on vacation. Our cat is not a huge fan of strangers in our home, she will keep her distance from people she doesn't know until they leave. Kara though just sat on the floor and just talked to her. Surprisingly in very little time she came up to Kara and let her pet her. Normally she will bat at anyone who tries to touch her. Kara just has a special way with animals. They seem to gravitate to her.
Kara is so very responsible, loving, caring and wonderful to out pooches!! We have dogs with medical needs and I always know they are safe and well taken care of as long as they have Kara! Our babies get so excited to see her and they ate so very loved and spoiled by her too! As someone with no kids my dogs are my babies ans Kara takes amazing care of them!!!
