Our fur goblin Vivi had a fabulous stay with Kara and her pup Doc! Vivi is an energetic gal who loves play and walks, and had a good time with the toy basket at Kara’s place. We appreciated Kara’s updates, photos, and even a video of Vivi and Doc playing together. We felt very comfortable leaving Vivi in Kara’s care.
Very happy I found Kara to care for Tina! Tina got great care, lots of pets, and Kara sent photos daily. I highly recommend Kara to someone who would like a friendly home atmosphere for their pet, and someone who knows about dog behavior and positive training!
We are so grateful to have Kara close by to take care of our little dog, Poppi. Poppi is a rescue from a Midwest puppy mill, so we have very little information about her, but we have learned about her severe separation anxiety. Not being able to leave her home alone can be very limiting, but Kara has solved that problem for us. She and her little rescue dog, Doc, provide a home away from home for Poppi. They all love each other, and it means a lot to us to have her in a happy home when we have to go out. And we know that Poppi is carefully watched - Kara is so responsible, and we trust her to do what’s best for Poppi if an emergency should arise. So if you need a recommendation for a dog sitter, we can’t say enough about Kara. We believe that you will love her as much as we do.
Our Dachshund, Jasper has been watched by Kara a hand full of times and She is Wonderful! She come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and Kara LOVES Him.
I've known Kara for 2 years and she has taken excellent care of my Ginger, a 2-year-old Jack Russell. Ginger absolutely adores Kara and is so excited when she gets to stay with Kara. Kara is a huge animal lover like myself and I know Ginger is very happy and well-cared for when she stays with Kara. The last time I boarded Ginger with Kara, Ginger actually squealed with delight when she saw Kara open the door and Ginger went running to her. Seeing your fur baby get so excited and squealing with delight when you drop her off is so satisfying knowing you are leaving her with someone who loves her as a second "mom". I will not leave Ginger with anyone else now that I have found Kara! I highly, highly recommend Kara to take care of your pet. I cannot say enough how awesome Kara is!
Kara took amazing care of my four dogs, and was very diligent with their care including having to give daily medication to our dog with Addisons disease! She sent lots of pictures and kept me updated everyday so I never had to worry once! I could trust they were in good hands , and I don't trust most with my babies!

Schedule
Certified Petco Dog Trainer on positive training. I work weekends teaching class. My partner is home during my work hours. So pets are never left alone for long, unless I am running a errand or providing another pet a drop in!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard and a small little 15lb chihuahua mix that is super socialized with all dogs. He is a few years old and is a great playmate! I do own a cat, but she has her own reserved room in the home, she is older and takes blood pressure and seizures medications. She is not in the area where dogs are kept. Drop ins I offer the most safe and comfortable stays in the comfort of the pet's home, and I am sure to spend time with pets as requested!
Pets
A typical day
Dogs are taken on walks and fed and medicated as directed. I love to play with dogs in my fenced in backyard! My little dog (a chi mix) loves having playmates over and he will be excited to meet your pup. Expect lots of adorable pictures while your pet is in my care. Every pet in my care becomes family.
