Hi! My names Kara and I have had pets my entire life (30+ years) I am currently mom to two cats, Clawde & Ozzy and one dog, Kodiak. Kodiak is always eager to make new friends! I have experience with both cats and dogs from babies to seniors. I can offer a large, fenced in yard for supervised playtime, and I have separate rooms for feeding, if necessary. I am now working from home full-time so I am available to give attention and multiple potty breaks/walks throughout the day. *SAME DAY MODIFICATIONS WILL BE THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE AND CONTACT ROVER SUPPORT* I promise that I have nothing but the best interest for your furry family members, and promise to be their temporary best friend until you get home :) I provide daily pictures and a brief summary of how the day went. I am also happy to have a meet and greet just to make sure your dog would be comfortable in my home. :) Drop off and pickup preferences: Prefer nothing earlier than 7 AM and nothing later than 930 PM (weekdays). But I am happy to discuss special circumstances. Drop ins can be as early as needed! **I only take in one client in my house at a time. A client may have multiple dogs/cats, but I will not take multiple pets from different clients during one stay. I feel that this is best for your peace of mind, as well as the safety and stress of every animal I care for**

Kara was absolutely amazing! My Newfie tends to be on the a little bit more standoffish and he loved Kara from the word go, and Knox just loves everyone. She was great with communication and the pics were hilarious. We will be using her in the future for the boys 💚

Kara is my go to Rover in York, PA. She’s always so flexible with her schedule and get the best pictures of my Louis boy- I can genuinely tell he’s having the best time with their dog Kodiak. Cannot recommend her enough!
I needed Kara for a stop in visit to feed and let my pup out. She was available in short notice and did a great job! Would definitely use again
Leaving Ellie with Kara gives me peace of mind that she is well taken care of. My Ellie is not a warm loving dog, but Kara and her hubby have been great with her . And they have a great yard for Ellie to roam around in with a nice patio to relax.
We have used Kara many times and are so thankful for her! JJ always come back tired from playing and having so much fun. We will definitely continue to use Kara going forward - thank you!!

Schedule
I currently work from home full-time. Pet care is 24/7 while I am here. I am able to provide multiple bathroom breaks and lots of outdoor time.

I have a fenced in yard for all dogs to explore and play in, and a 4 year old pup that loves to play. Your dog will absolutely come home tired!

A typical day
I live in a side-walked neighborhood with a big loop which takes about 15-30 minutes to walk. I also have a 1/2 mile trail nearby that is pretty flat that is fun to walk. I also have a fenced in backyard so running around and playing with dog toys and balls is something that can be done off-leash. My dog prefers to play fetch, but I will cater to any dogs favorite activity.
