Friendly, enthusiastic dog sitter and walker!
I’ve had a dog in my family since I was 7 years old and I have loved dogs since then! I’ve taken care of many dogs in the past and have loved every minute of it. I love going on walks with them. Seeing how happy and trusting they are around people. I have taken care of dogs from labradors to Rottweilers and will ensure your dog gets the best care that your dog deserves!

Kara looked after our dog for 8 days around the Christmas holidays and was totally amazing with him. She sent us often updates on how he’s doing. Met all our requirements for looking after him, toilet schedule, eating habits etc. We cannot recommend her enough. Kara and Daniel looked after Maya amazingly, they kept us up to date with lots of pictures. This was her first stay and she settled in so quickly with them, will definitely book Maya is with them both again.
I would not leave my pooch with anyone else! Both Kara and Daniel are amazing at what they do. I was looking for someone to have my dog Piper (2yr old frorkie) for a week and so glad we found these guys. Prior to the stay Kara came out for a few walks with Piper and she suggested we visit her home so Piper could get used to the environment before she went to stay with them. Whilst I’d want this from anyone, Kara’s proactive behaviour gave me a sense of comfort that I not only was leaving Piper with someone who knew what they were doing but they’d look after my dog as if she was one of their own. Kara kept us updated regularly with pictures and messages and it was clear to see that Piper was happy and well looked after. When we returned home Piper was obviously excited to see us but it was obvious that she also missed Kara and Daniel. Their knowledge of dogs is so much better than mine that I message asking for advice etc and they’re always happy to help. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
I had an amazing experience boarding my dog with Kara! From start to finish, communication was excellent — they were always quick to respond and kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear my dog was happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. The care and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell they truly love what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommend Kara to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter!
Kara & Daniel have looked after our 5yr old Fox Red Labrador for the past 4 years when we go on holiday, our dog Rua is treated as one of the family. We always get lots of photos & updates which is great. She is taken for long walks & even trips to the beach which is her favourite place, but always has time for down time curled up on the sofa. It’s great knowing I have somewhere safe & loving to leave Rua when we go away. Rua comes back happy & can’t wait for her next time with them.

Schedule
I currently work as a teacher however your dog would not be left alone as my partner is in the house when I am at work who also has a love for dogs as me!

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a big 1 bedroom flat on the ground floor. We do have a back garden which is fenced however it is a shared back garden. When taking the dogs out for the bathroom we have a variety of grassy areas (plus a glen) right beside us. We follow your schedule and will follow it to a tee to ensure your dog stays in the same routine as it usually would be! They will gets lots of snuggles and play with both of us. The dog will also get as many walks as needed as we have a variety of walks around us which include fields and water for your dog to play in!
A typical day
A usual day would be getting up, going right out for a walk to stretch the legs and then coming back for breakfast and a little play (or a snuggle if that is what your god prefers!) then go for a nice long walk around lunch time then after that it would be back home for some enrichment such as training, or a puzzle! Then it would be dinner time! After dinner it would be out for another little walk before then snuggling up for the night with one (or more depending!) some trips out to the toilet then it would be bedtime!
