I work from home, so any pets in my home have free roam and get lots of attention throughout the day. Weekends are spent lounging around, or if the weather is nice, going on a walk or hike.

I would like to know if the animal is house trained, requires a cage, is ok with other dogs and cats, ok with kids, utd on shots, the personality and energy level, and if they are on flea/tick prevention.
A typical day
During the week, I would take your dog for a walk after I am done with work. Throughout the day, they will have free roam of the house and potty breaks and food given as needed. During the weekends, I stay home 90% of the time, so will be home to give lots of attention to your pup!

Pet care experience
I love playing and giving attention to any pet I'm taking care of. I like to take long walks, go hiking, or just relax on the couch. I have a kiddie pool for a dog to relax outside. I have had at least one dog under my care since I was a baby. I have experience from tiny breeds all the way to giant breeds. I also have experience from newborn puppies through seniors living their last moments being filled with love. I work from home, so am available to fit your needs. I am very flexible during my availability, and can work with you to have the perfect fit. I have worked at veterinary clinics in the past, including an emergency clinic. I've worked in reception, as a tech in a normal setting, as well as a tech in an oncology setting. I do ask that any dog I am watching be friendly with other dogs, cats (doesn't have to love them, but not try to attack them), and with children. My cats get along great with dogs, and have even slept next to some! My kids are very respectful and know the do's and don'ts.

Kara is the best! We were on vacation during a winter storm, Kara gave us updates and was willing to check on the cats if we were going to need an extra day to make it home. We always feel better about leaving our fur family when Kara is taking care of them.
Kara was very thorough and took good care of our Bello while we were away. We will definitely use her again!
Kara is the best. We were gone for a 12 day trip. Kara sent detailed comments and photos. She definitely has the personalities of our cats figured out. We came home to pampered, happy kitties.
