Loving pet owner and love pets
I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 5 years old and have been personally taking care of them since I was 10. Over the years, I’ve cared for family dogs, friends’ dogs, and dogs belonging to people I’ve met along the way. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I’m happy to walk them, feed them, play with them, give them plenty of attention, and bathe them when needed. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to spend with your fur babies. I’m able to give them the attention and companionship they deserve throughout the day. I have a fully fenced backyard where your pup can safely play and get some fresh air. I also have one friendly dog who would love to keep your fur baby company. If your pup is more comfortable being crated or needs to be crated while in my care, I have a safe and comfortable space available for that as well. My goal is to make your dog feel right at home while you’re away. I’ll treat your fur baby with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own. 🐾❤️

This was my first time needing a pet sitter and I was super nervous especially because my pups were 4 months old. Kara was exceptionally so good with them and also texted me frequently throughout the day with updates and pictures. I highly recommend Kara to anyone needing a pet sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you Kara!
Kara was great with Scoobert. He has a lot of separation anxiety since he was recently adopted by us. Kara communicated with us and asked for ways to help him feel more comfortable with her. She kept us updated and sent photos. We appreciate her attentiveness.
Needed to a short stay due to a change in plans. Our dog was well taken care of during that time.
Kara did a really great job with Ollie, I received lots of pictures and he look like he had lots of fun!! Will definitely use her again
Kara was excellent. We were worried as our little Heidi has been afraid of everything, but Kara kept her close all day and took her under her wing. She followed all our instructions, sent us pictures and when we came to get Heidi, she was just as comfortable in Kara's arms as in ours. Will definitely be using Kara again.

Schedule
A pet fits in my routine because I am typically always home and when I’m not home I let let the parents know in advance if I have anything in my schedule to see how long I can be out for.

Safety, trust & environment
I always have the dogs roam around in the house or my room. All the doors are typically closed so the dogs can’t wonder to any room and the trash bins are always away and closed so the dogs can’t get to them. I have dogs myself so knowing what my dogs can do I typically have things put away already. I have a big back yard, I always go out in the back with the dogs and I have had a couple of rover parents let me know about their dogs being escape artist which allows me to be more hyper aware of what the dogs are doing.

A typical day
The fun things that I do with the dogs on my watch are typically go for walks, play in the yard, play fetch or with toys. And whatever else the dog parents would like me to do.
