Fun focused, but safety first!
I’ve worked in professional pet care for several months and always have enjoyed it! I recently moved back to Seattle, and am looking to continue working here. My schedule is flexible, so I’m able to be around as much or as little as you and your pet prefer! I will also be able to come around at the most convenient times since my schedule isn’t fixed. I’m very experienced in working with cats, however fickle they may be, and providing whatever they may need. I also have plenty of experience with dogs, both housesitting and dog walking with all types of dogs from the most relaxed elderly dogs to the most excitable pups! It’s always especially fun to see a dog who is just so happy to see you as well!

Fantastic! Thank you:-) we are residents on the island and often need to run to McAllen or other places to do shopping. We’ve used Rover several times in other cities. Was nice to see a few options in our remote area. We have a very peculiar 12yo little wiener dog. Paranoid. Anxious. Kara did a great job allowing him the time to get to know her. Such a relief to find someone local to watch the dog. Winter Texans need to book early. Rebooking later this week so we can run across the boarder to Nuevo Progresso Mexico to do a little shopping. Thank you Kara!
A pet owner's fear -- a medical emergency we weren't there to handle ourselves -- happened while Kara was house-sitting with our two dogs. She took care of our sick dog as if he was her own and he was recovered by the time we got home. She managed the stressful situation professionally, communicating over several days both with the vet and with us while we were out of the country. After a 13-day trip, we came back to a clean house and two wagging pups!

Glad to have found Kara! Kara provides daily mid-day drop in visits for my two dogs. She is reliable, gets the house locked back up, and sends nice Rover reports. Thank you Kara!
I cannot say enough positive things about Kara. She really is amazing! To put it simply, Kara is a loving and responsible caregiver. She genuinely loves dogs and cats, and it is evident in the quality of care that she provides. Kara is one of those people that pets and people like and trust immediately. She is super responsive, friendly, and reliable. There isn't anyone that I trust more than Kara to provide quality pet care and I can't recommend her enough!
