A Dog Mom You Can Trust
I have two large-breed dogs of my own who I love to the moon and back, so I understand just how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. I’ve taken obedience training classes with my own dogs, and one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that dog training is just as much about teaching the owner as it is the dog! Those experiences have taught me patience, consistency, how to read a dog’s behavior, and how important it is to understand each dog’s individual personality and needs. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, including large, strong, and high energy breeds. I also grew up around cats and have plenty of experience caring for them through my family. What sets me apart is that I’ll treat your pets the way I would want someone to treat mine, with genuine love, patience, attention, and respect for their normal routine. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets in someone else’s care, so I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being cared for by someone who truly loves animals.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for someone else’s pet. I always follow the owner’s instructions and try to keep each pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and secure while in my care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of both their space and their pet’s boundaries. I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure, stay aware of our surroundings on walks, and never put a pet in an environment or situation that makes them uncomfortable. Having two large dogs of my own has also made me very comfortable handling bigger, stronger, and higher energy dogs. I also believe communication is a huge part of building trust. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and getting plenty of love and attention while you’re away.

Kanoko Robbins is a caring, loving person who love animals. She has two of her own that she cares for and loves so much! We have 2 very difficult dogs that she stays with and walks for us and they love her! Even though they are a handful she loves them and they love her. I would highly recommend her for anyone’s fur babies. I never have to feel worried in anyway when she has them in her care. 😻
Kanoko is the BEST! We have been able to count on her for help for years now. From our sweet older golden retriever, silly wild shepherd mix, angel of a black lab, to now WILD black lab puppy… we can always feel relaxed knowing she is so good with all types of dogs and knows just how to take care of them no matter what temperament. Kanoko will go above and beyond for your fur babies like they are her own. She’s extremely reliable, punctual, thorough, kind, caring, and so sweet. The perfect playful and gentle personality to love on your doggies. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Kanoko is a very kind loving person. She’s a dog mom to two beautiful pups, and she’s loved and carded for my parents dogs on multiple occasions. She treats every animal like they are her own.

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to make pet care a priority throughout my day. As a dog owner myself, walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and plenty of attention are already a natural part of my daily routine. I’m available for weekday and weekend care and can be flexible with timing depending on you and your pet’s needs. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal schedule to help keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible.
