Kannan never disappoints. Mylo always comes home happy and pleasantly tired, which says it all. The regular updates are so reassuring, and I really appreciate the effort put into them. The report card is a great touch too—it’s always nice to see a thoughtful, detailed update on how Mylo is doing.
I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received with Kannan. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Mylo felt comfortable, safe, and loved. She provided hourly updates to both my sister and I (meaning 2 different accounts), when most people don’t even like providing updates to one person. It’s clear she genuinely cares about dogs and treat them like their own. Mylo looked like he was having so much! She went on many walks & followed instructions to a tee about his sleeping arrangements. We were a bit worried about this being a first time boarding (especially of 2 nights) and how Mylo would do with a new person, but she mentioned how well he slept and how comfortable he was doing. Nothing more is needed if your pup is comfortable and having fun! Kannan ended the boarding session with an adorable custom made report card. It mentioned Mylo’s Highlights from his stay, a report about his walks and his great tales of chasing away the squirrels. It also had a cute note stating “teachers notes”, which we really loved reading. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend Kannan! She went above and beyond for Mylo and I’m glad she was reliable and caring. It’s hard trying to find a place good enough for your pups where they can’t tell you how they’ve been treated. With how relaxed and comfortable Mylo looked in his photos, and when we brought him home, I’d say he had a great time. Will definitely book Kannan again! Thank you for taking such good care of Mylo. Puts our minds to ease.
Kannan kept me updated at all times, which was very reassuring. I loved receiving pictures of Mylo and seeing how much fun he was having and all the cuddles he was getting. Booking with Kannan was very easy, and she replied quickly every time I reached out. The best part was the adorable report card she made for Mylo—it was so cute and gave me a great update on how his day went. I will definitely be rebooking and highly recommend her!

Since I work from home, pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide consistent walks, drop-ins, and check-ins throughout the day without rushing. I’m available weekdays during daytime hours and most weekends. Because I’m home-based, I can be flexible and responsive to your pet’s specific schedule and needs.

Your pet’s safety is my top priority. During walks, I use secure leashes and stay alert to surroundings at all times. I avoid overcrowded areas and ensure dogs are comfortable and hydrated. In your home, I respect your space and carefully follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions. I always double-check doors, gates, and locks before leaving. Clear communication and photo updates are included with every visit.

A typical visit includes a structured walk based on your dog’s energy level, followed by playtime or enrichment activities. I enjoy incorporating light training reinforcement, sniff walks for mental stimulation, and lots of positive attention. For drop ins, I make sure your pet is fed, refreshed with water, comfortable, and happy before I leave. I also provide a personalized Puppy Report Card after every visit with photos and details from your pup’s day!
