I'm currently working part time. I’m pretty flexible and can visit pets most days of the week! Since I work part-time, I’ve got plenty of time for drop-ins, walks, or overnight stays

When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to keep things as normal and comfortable as possible. I stick to their usual routine — feeding times, walks, play, and cuddle breaks — so they feel safe and relaxed. I also love keeping owners updated with messages or surprise photos of their pets, so you can feel reassured (and get a few cute moments while you’re away).

I love to hike and hope to take animals on hikes with me for as long as I have the permission to do so) :) - even cats that are trained on leash!

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around pets my whole life — from giant breeds like Great Danes, Great Pyrenees, and St. Bernards to smaller pups like Dachshunds and French Bulldogs. I’m all about keeping pets happy, comfy, and cared for like they’re my own. I’ve worked with everything from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra love and attention.

Kandace was wonderful! She stopped by to have a meet and greet with Chloe that went so well! Then she came back over the next day to walk with me and Chloe and again later to take just Chloe. I was very impressed with how she introduced herself not only to Chloe but to me and my husband. Her interactions with Chloe were comfortable and with confidence as Chloe can sometimes remember she is a husky! 😊 She stayed two nights in our home with Chloe and sent pictures. I highly recommend Kandace. We were able to go out of town and have no worries.
