When I interviewed Kamryn, I was looking for someone that would spend the majority of their day caring for my pets and home. I clearly expressed this at our meet and greet. Two days later, I received an invoice from her. She seemed like a nice person, and I believed she would follow through with my wishes. Day 1: I had an early flight. She didn’t show up on time. I left for the airport completely stressed. Would this stranger I hired show up? Two hours later, I was just about to cancel my flight when she finally responded. Ok… Fast forward: a few days later, I noticed on my ring camera that she left early that day and had been gone for hours. I wrote Kamryn to remind her that my senior dog can’t wait for long periods of time to go outside. No response. I looked back at the previous days, and it was the same story. I decided, after 2 hours of no response and not showing up for my pets, it was time to end our reservation. I did end the reservation 3 days early. I was charged $180 for canceling my reservation early. I sent Kamryn a message letting her know she could retrieve any items that she may have left at my home after I returned. About 1 1/2 hours later, Kamryn showed up at my home with a man. She did not knock. She entered my home with the man to pickup her things. Watching her enter my home after I told her not to was just one more of the things I wanted that she chose to ignore.

Kamryn was awesome. My cats were well taken care of and were relaxed and happy when I arrived home. I received photos and updates which gave me peace of mind.
