Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but when it comes to the care and safety of beloved animals, professionalism and reliability are essential. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this sitter to others.
Kamiya was great with Cooper. Communication was a big part of that. She sent photos of him knowing i would muss him, and expressed concerns of him not eating, which is typical for him so i just asked her to give him some of his lick em treats, which she did. He seems very comfortable with her. Will ask her to watch him in the future.
Went above and beyond. Both Kamiya and her family were just wonderful and very flexible with me. My flight Got delayed and was just so understanding and can’t wait to book with them again.
