It is important to know the things the frighten the dog and some of the dislikes the dog may have so that I can try my best to avoid those things.
A typical day
With my own dog, I take him on walks and into our backyard to get some exercise now that he’s an older dog. With the dogs I volunteer for, I take outside to play and take them on walks.

Pet care experience
I have had my dog since 2013 and my cat since 2022. I have volunteered at Hopeful Tails for the past 5 years and have gained some experience in taking care of these pets in terms of feeding/walking of the pets and overall cleanliness.
