Passionate about all animals!
I got my first dog when I was 6 and confidently started taking care of him when I was 12. Ever since, I have had a great passion for animals of all kind! I currently have a 2 year old Italian greyhound and a 4 month old silken windhound! I’ve got experience with all kinds of animals and have worked in a large array of animals settings including: a animal hospital as a tech, at a boarding and daycare facility, as a private pet sitter and dog walker, and also in an exotic pet store! I have learned to read body language and I also have a deep understanding that animals have boundaries just like people do. I love to work with clients to learn what’s best for them and their pup and will always respect what they need to be comfortable. I can work with reactive animals and also with animals who need their medication administered. I can’t wait to work with you and your furry family 😁

Schedule
I am currently working in endangered animal conservation so my schedule has me up and early! I am home by 2pm and home for the rest of the day. I am home all day on weekends and believe in getting my dog out for fun activities when the weather allows.

Safety, trust & environment
I’ve house-sat on multiple occasions and always follow owner instructions. Communication is key so any uncertainties, and I’ll check in! I can do daily updates and send pictures as often as desired. I also can tend to house plants, take out the trash on scheduled trash days, and set security systems.
Pets
A typical day
Exercise and mental stimulation is key for a happy dog! If the weather allows, multiple walks a day is my go to with plenty of shorter potty breaks in between. If we can’t get outside then puzzles and food based games are my go to. I love make fully edible games for my dog (like a frozen bell pepper filled with her favorite veggies and kibble) or using puzzle games, lick matts or snuffle matts.

- Let me know if your dog has food allergies, medications or any triggers during walks! If your dog doesn’t like other dogs or likes chasing things I will make sure to avoid these things so that their walk is peaceful and fun. I always double leash during walks for safety so please also let me know if your dog is an escape artist either with their harness/collar or around the house in general.
