Kamila took great care of our dog. She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind. We would happily book with her again.

I used Kamila in the past and she did a good job about 10 year’s ago with 2 of my dogs and did well but round this time 2023 I leave her my 3 dogs she was very good with communication letting me know about a issue with one of my dog’s she informed me one had scratches on his nose but it look more like he was rubbing his nose because his bed was probably wet in his kennel and I had to explained to her that was the reason why his nose looked like that but when my daughter went to pick them up they all smell like pee if they were kept in kennel's as I left those kennels to sleep in them and to be taken out early morning because early risers . My daughter mentioned to me that the two kennels inside of them the cushions smelled and dry pee.and under neath them i prepared my dog’s with clean bedding before they went to the dog sitter. The day I came back from a trip I had to give all three of my dogs a bath and treat Brindo with ointment on his raw nose and paws. I had to keep reaching out to her and asking her to send pictures which she did, I’m glad' she did that for all of 3 dog she told me dogs kept peep in her floor even though she was taking them out regularly I asked her if own dogs pads she said no because never had this happen to her before but if your dog sitter very important to have those pads because never know what type accidents pets could have especially if there very old and particularly blind as well I ask her to put a little neosporan on my dogs nose it did not look like she was able to that because his nose was really raw my other dogs where good but very smellly and super thirsty I don’t know how much water they got I did mention to her just give a little water at night so wouldn’t have so much accidents at night on her floor I did not have any kind of problem like that with my other rover sister Charlene’ that I used last 2 times in June 2023 and in April but she was no longer doing in house sitting that is reason I reached out to Kamila again but I was thankful for watching them But I think that I will have to be honest about what I see after I receive my dogs back there cushions from kennel did smell really bad just being honest other than that these where only 2 problem that had with her at this time other than that I think we pay good money for are pets to watch good like if there are kids because they are my world there just a little old now but other than that this is comment I did see one bad comment in July 2023 but I did not want to believe it so wanted to give Kamila another try you can’t always believe what you hear but this is my review and what I saw after my vacation

My dog was booked for 4 days with Kamila, however upon arriving, I had a sneaking suspicion it wasn’t going to work out. I was not greeted by Kamila, but her partner. I had to wait 10 minutes or so for Kamila to wake and speak to her about my dog.. and she didn’t remember his name. There was another dog there that she was boarding who was younger and aggressively playing with my dog and was evident he did not like it. They assured me that they would keep them separate. I left hoping for the best. I have no idea what transpired during the time he was there.. but the next day, I decided to have a friend pull him out of there since he was not eating (which she didn’t tell me until I reached out to her the next day). She also took it upon herself to cut/ trim his ears after getting into some prickers without telling me. Save yourself the worry and find another boarding home. This seems like a shady operation.

Kamila was fantastic! She was very flexible on pick-up times when we experienced a flight delay, and sent pictures each day so that we could see our dog 'in action' and be reassured. We will use her through Rover again, and recommend her.

Kamila was great! Our puppy came back healthy and tired (which is what we were hoping for!). Kamila also sent lots of photos and updates.
