So I originally booked with them because it said they had a fenced in yard and I have a big dog, who’s very playful and is just over 1 year old. They accepted the booking and then after had mentioned they moved and didn’t have that yard anymore. Since I was leaving the country for a couple days and paid for it already, I decided to give them a shot with the small amount of good reviews they had and seemed nice enough to take care of my fur baby. I dropped my pup off, to this very tiny house, I’m not sure if they just had a room or the whole ground floor, I mentioned how he needed to be walked then if there was no yard present. They assured me that Cash was in good hands and they didn’t have any problems. And then just over an hour later they were asking me to take my dog back, I was already just passing Toronto. In which case I asked what was wrong, and they just said he wasn’t listening to them… and that they didn’t feel confident anymore. I found this extremely unprofessional, and I had to quickly figure out where Cash was going to go. My mom ended up picking him up and taking him for the couple days for me. And when I said she was going to come get him they said “tonight” and when I replied yes, within the next 20 minutes they said “umm, sure”. My dog had been there for less than 2 hours and I was already out of town with extreme anxiety not knowing where he was going to go considering I thought those plans were set. When I came home and picked my dog up at my parents house the first thing my mom said was “I don’t know what those people’s problem was, Cash was lovely” I do not recommend them

Extremely most definitely the best. Kamesh and Harsha were amazing hands down out fur baby Bella felt like she was at home. Will be using them every time. We were so happy, comfortable, had no worries really perfect match. Thank you Rover for connecting us to them and thank you Kamesh and Harsha from bottom of our hearts.

Our dog had a good time and was well looked after! Communication was good. Recommend, would gladly use again.
