Professional Cat Lady
I've owned cats for my whole life, I have a genuine love for them and find great joy in taking care of them. Over the last few years I've offered catsitting services to friends, family, and now Rover. I have experience with cats of all ages, from newborn kittens to senior cats. I've cared for cats with medical issues including deafness, arthritis, and kidney disease and have experience administering oral medication and subcutaneous injections. I also love fish and have over two years of fishkeeping experience. Please let me know if your aquariums will need my attention during your absense.

To ensure you and your cat feel comfortable while you're away, I would love to have an in-person meet and greet with both of you ahead of time. As your catsitter, I will do my part by following your cat's care schedule to a T and provide updates throughout the day. I only take on one client at a time, so you can be sure that your cat will always have my full attention under my care.

Kaloutha is wonderful to deal with, has fantastic communication skills (the photos are always marvelous), and has a wonderful way of keeping our minds at peace about taking care of our cat when we were away. We are grateful that she is as great with our cat as she is professional!

It was a stroke of great luck in finding Kaloutha for our first Rover experience. Generously, she came by to meet our cat Herbert twice before we went on vacation. Getting to know her beforehand erased any worries we had about leaving our much loved cat at home while we went away. Herbert took to her right off the bat. We could tell that she’s doing this work for her love of cats! She is interested in pet-centred care and in making us feel safe to enjoy our much needed vacation time. We’d recommend her for your own beloved fur ball! And we definitely use her again in future.
Thoughtful, kind and dependable. We were very nervous to leave our cat for the first time on vacation. Since she is a rescue, she is quite afraid of new people and gets unsettled by changes in routine. Kaloutha took the time to visit Casserole (our cat) several times before we left so that she would be a familiar face when she came around, instead of a stranger that might add to her anxiety in the change in routine. This strategy worked perfectly! We received updates after both of the daily visits. She took the time to send 2 or 3 pictures at every visit to reassure us she was indeed doing fine. Casserole was clearly thrilled with her new friend being very affectionate in many pictures. We found ourselves enjoying at breakfast and dinner on vacation our Casserole picture updates. Her care for our cat was so genuine! I would recommend her to anyone to care for their cat. Thank you Kaloutha for being so amazing!

Zeitplan
I'm available for morning drop-ins from 6:30am to 7:30am and evening drop-ins from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, with lots of flexibility on weekends. I am also available for housesitting daily.
