Overall very disappointed in my experience with Kally watching my two dogs. She wasn’t there for drop off, and didn’t give me a heads up that her partner would be handling it until I got there. I left a note in the bag with my dogs things about feeding/schedules/medication that was completely disregarded, most of this information was also on my dogs profiles. She didn’t give my dog the right amount of his anxiety medication, which he especially needs when he’s away from home. She didn’t let me know that he wasnt eating his food until I asked about it days into my trip. Out of the five days I was away I only got one update from her unprompted. The other days I didn’t hear from her at all until I reached out to her in the afternoon to see how they are doing. One of my dogs is known to eat socks which has ended up in emergency surgery before, and I have this on his profile so his sitters are aware. She wouldn’t give me a straight answer about if/when/how many socks he had gotten into. The first day back home he threw up 2 socks and pooped out a portion of one. When I saw this I asked her about it and she mentioned he’d “thrown up socks a few times” while he was there. I would consider that information that a sitter should inform the owner of immediately. (He’s a small 15 pound Shih Tzu btw so that’s obviously very dangerous) My other dog pooped out a piece of a paper towel, and another piece of it I found stuck to his crate pad. I came home with one less doggy bag holder, and until I asked her about it she didn’t tell me that it was broken during their stay. All in all, I do not feel that my dogs were watched closely enough, my directions were not followed, my belongings were not respected, she didn’t communicate clearly or frequently, and I would not recommend using her as a sitter, especially if you have anxious dogs or dogs that need medication.

We are so happy with Milo’s stay with Kally! Milo was well taken care of by Kally and her family. This was our first time using rover and it was such a fantastic experience. We will definitely be having Kally watch Milo again.

Kally was an amazing sitter!!! She dogsat our two crazy pups for the weekend and took such great care of them! She updated us throughout the weekend so that we didn’t have to worry and sent us adorable pictures. Our dogs returned so happy at the end of the weekend :) thank you so much Kally!!

Kally and her family were great with our Bella who gets really nervous with fireworks!! I highly recommend Kally and her lovely family!! Barb
