Fun, loving, and PATIENT dog lover!
I’ve cared for dogs all my life, from my own family dogs, to my personal adult pets, to friends, neighbors and roommates pups! Most recently, we’ve been boarding our friends dogs on weekends as a favor to them, but figured many more people are likely traveling again and may need to leave their pets behind! I am also comfortable bathing dogs and would be willing for an additional cost. I’m currently working from my office Tuesday through Thursday, so I am home from Thursday night to Monday night/Tuesday early morning. Your pet would be home with me while I work, and would be able to play with my dog Milo who is great with other dogs! We have a fenced in, secure yard with grass. We also have a screened in patio with doggie door for easy access outside. At night, our dog roams in our master bedroom and bath, but doesn’t have access to the rest of the house. We can easily crate you dog if they are trained to be crated, or let them sleep on a floor bed. Please note: I do offer pick up and drop off for an additional fee, but if your home is located outside of my local Long Beach range, I may need to increase the rate. We can discuss when booking.

Kallie and Adam are our go-to sitters! They go above and beyond to take care of our boy, Stanley. He always comes back so happy and so tired after all this fun with them and their pup, Milo.
Our puppy, Stanley, had a great stay at Kallie and Adam’s! Kalli’s frequent updates, communication and flexibility gave us such peace-of-mind knowing he was getting extra love, attention and playtime…especially with their dog, Milo. We can’t recommend them enough — Stanley can’t wait to go back!
Kallie and Adam took great care of my pup while we were away for a couple days. Pepper came home happy (and exhausted) from all the play. We also loved getting picture updates. Hopefully they'll be available to take care of Pepper again for our upcoming trips.
Our dog, Tessa, had a wonderful time playing with their dog, Milo. I didn’t have to worry about her at all.

Kallie & Adam were so sweet on our pup Caesar! They were super responsive and flexible with drop-off and pick-up, and made sure he was a happy boy while we were out for the day. Their dog, Milo, is very sweet and fun, and Caesar had a great time playing with him. We are booking again with them very soon!

Schedule
We spend time playing with and providing love and attention to our dog throughout the day, even when we’re at work! Milo comes with us to the office each day we’re away from home, and he gets to go to the dog park regularly as well as go on walks.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard so they are safe from running and we always keep an eye on them. If your dog is mellow, we give them space, but we are always up for cuddling! It just depends on each dogs needs! We will only board dogs from the same family at a time. We make sure if there is any time we will need to be away from home that we have a set plan and you are aware that your dog will be alone or with Milo. We usually try to minimize our time away and plan to spend the whole time with your dog.
Pets
A typical day
I love to play tug and indoor/outdoor fetch with dogs. We also frequent the local dog parks, if that is something your dog is comfortable with! We live near El Dorado Park, so if your dog likes long walks, its a great place to go! Milo enjoys treats of "puppachinos" occasionally and we are walking distance from a Starbucks :)

- I like to know what you feel your dogs mannerisms are so that I can tell how they are feeling. Do they like certain treats or cuddling at times? Do they like it when you baby talk or get down to their level? Some dogs aren't comfortable with certain things, so I want to make sure they are happy and feeling loved when they're with us.
