The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for just like they would with you.
A typical day
A typical day with me is filled with attention, activity, and lots of love. I always start by making sure your pet feels comfortable and secure, then we build in plenty of fun throughout the day. For dogs, that means daily walks, outdoor play, and interactive games like fetch or tug-of-war. For cats, I keep them engaged with toys, cozy cuddle sessions, and safe spaces to relax. I love mixing in enrichment activities like puzzle feeders, training games, or sniff walks, so pets stay both mentally and physically stimulated. Of course, there’s always time for belly rubs, scratches, and quiet companionship, too. Your pet’s routine and preferences are my guide, so whether they’re playful and energetic or more of a snuggle buddy, I’ll tailor each day to what makes them happiest.

My German-Shepherd raised me
Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog-lover for as long as I can remember, my German Shepherd practically raised me, from toddler slide adventures to saving me from big waves. Since then, pups have been a constant in my life, and I make it a priority to surround myself with them wherever I go. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors and those with special medical needs I learned to give daily IV injections and administer oral medications when my own shepherd needed extra care. I’m skilled at creating fun, safe, and stress-free environments, whether it’s walks, playtime, or cozy cuddle sessions. Taking care of your pup isn’t just a job, it’s the best part of my day. As a friend once said about our dog selfies together: “Every picture I have taken of you is with your new dog best friend.” That’s pretty much how I approach every furry friend I meet!

Kalina was absolutely incredible. We truly could not have asked for a more caring and attentive dog sitter. This was our first time leaving Nala overnight without a close friend or family member watching her, and we were pretty nervous - especially since we were gone for over a week. But Kalina made us feel at ease the entire time we were gone! She sent us updates everyday throughout the day, including adorable pics of Nala having fun with other pups and friends, which really brightened our days. She was also super responsive and left our home spotless. Our only fear is that she won’t be available next time we need a sitter!
Kalina always takes excellent care of our two Poms along with our house. The dogs adore her and she’s always incredibly easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.
