My name is Kalin and I recently moved to Boise from Marquette, MI. I’ve owned dogs my whole life, including special needs dogs. I’m currently a CNA going back to school for nursing and would love to hangout with your dogs on the side! Before I moved, I spent years as a volunteer at a local shelter where I would hike the shelter dogs (with varying degrees of leash manners) to get them out and about. I also socialized puppies and fostered dogs that were long-time shelter residents, dogs that were unable to be adopted out at the time and dogs that had physical/behavioral challenges. I’ve owned both senior dogs and puppies and I love ALL dog breeds. 🙂

I'll happily provide your fur baby with love and attention while you're away so that you can have some peace of mind. I know leaving pets behind can be stressful and you can rest assured they'll be safe and cared for with me. I'll follow any specific instructions left for me and I'm sure to always have dogs in an enclosed area or on a leash. I've owned some pretty high-maintenance and high energy dogs in the past that I've been nervous to leave with dog-sitters. I understand wanting them to be taken care of and comfortable and I would absolutely provide that for them and you. I'm also very self-sufficient, detail oriented and clean. I know your home is your space and will respect it as I would my own.

Kalin was reliable, kind, and clearly cared about my dog’s well-being. This was my first time using Rover or having anyone watch my dog overnight and Kalin gave me great peace of mind especially with all the pictures and updates. From the initial meet and greet her communication was great and she was super understanding about a few concerns I had. I came back home from my trip to a very happy and relaxed dog :) Highly recommend! Especially if you’re nervous about leaving your dog! I’ll absolutely book with Kalin again.

Kalin was amazing! She responded to a very last minute request and showed up perfectly for my pup! She was able to get the puppy to trust her past their fears pretty easily. She is very kind and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently working as a CNA and back in school in order to advance my nursing career. If I’m not working or studying, I’m typically outside. I would love to be able to help out and take your dog for a walk or a hike or drop in for some play time!
