Good information to know about a dog ahead of time is any special needs they may have. It’s also nice to know their breed, size, age, and gender. It’s good to know what kind of activity level they like/ are used to. Lastly, it’s good to know dogs temperament, and any play/ touch/ activities they may or may not be comfortable with. For example, some dogs hate being held and others love it.

I love taking my own dogs to the dog park for socialization and exercise. I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, especially through downtown Valpo. At home, I enjoy playing fetch, tug of war, and even chilling on the porch with dogs. I also give my dogs their meals in puzzles from time to time for some mental stimulation.

I’ve had and cared for animals my entire life. I’ve had dogs as big as 160 lbs to as small as 10 lbs. During my time on rover, I’ve even gained experience working with wolf dogs. I am always extremely careful and conscious on how best to care for an animal. Just like people, no 2 dogs are the same and I pride myself on doing the best research I can to provide unique care for whatever breed I may be caring for that day.

Kaley was very sweet to my pup! Took such cute pictures and took great care of Willy.
Kaley’s great with our little Yorkie, Oliver. He gets along great with her pups. She gives him lots of attention and regular walks. Highly recommend her!
