Hi there! I'm Kaleigh—new to the Seattle area and excited to grow my local pet care community. I have been around dogs my whole life and I bring extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages and temperaments, and I’m deeply committed to compassionate, science-informed care. While my experience detailed on Rover is not extensive, what you don't see is my years of volunteering as a foster for local animal shelters and caring for the beloved pets of friends and family. My favorite thing to do is send you photos and videos of your pet while you're away! Fun fact, in my full-time role, I conduct research on the human-animal bond and consult with animal shelters to improve animal and community well-being. I’m certified in human-animal interactions and, while I am not a certified dog-trainer, I do have some experience and integrate positive reinforcement and fear-free techniques into every aspect of my care approach. I’d love the chance to support you and your pets—whether that’s with daily walks, check-ins, or just providing some extra love while you’re away. At this time, I can only accept dogs for day care stays that are cat-friendly and are not prey-driven. If I am coming to your residence, I will happily accommodate to the routine and setup of your own home - I am happy to say I am very flexible and happy to readjust expectations at any time.

Kaleigh was a life saver by accepting a last minute request! She provided updates and Canelo looked very happy in the pictures.
Kaleigh was so great! She is so kind and followed everything we asked of her to in order to take care of our 6 month old Bernedoodle puppy. She also sent plenty of photos and updates through the day. Gouda loved her and was excited to see her when she came and got him. Would love to work with her again!

Dates de la garde
I currently work remotely full-time. This gives me a lot of flexibility for stopping by for daily drop-ins and walks or the ability to provide attentive daycare stays. I like to start my days early so I am happy to drop by at a time that works best for you and your fur-baby.
