I'm happy to accommodate a variety of requests during home visits. I can uncrate/crate pups and dogs, run around with the dogs in the backyard, or just leave them be all depending on what your pup needs. Just communicate with me your needs, and I can almost certainly make it work!

Let me know if there are any specific behaviors or quirks I should know about your pet! My favorite type of dogs to deal with are attention-loving and pretty lazy, but I can handle most pets as long as they are not aggressive towards humans!
A typical day
When doing house visits, I can run with dogs, play fetch, tug of war, or just sit with them and give them attention. Let me know if there's something specific to your dogs needs, and I'll typically be able to accommodate that!

Pet care experience
I grew up in a house with headstrong Bloodhounds, aloof Great Danes, massive Mastiffs, and loyal Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and I was expected to care for them since I was 12 or 13. Now, ALL of my relatives have dogs (both big and small)! Since getting my own home, I finally have two girls of my own-- Dolly and Lucy -- who are Standard Poodle rescues. So, all that is to say I have plenty of experience with both bold and skittish dogs and can accommodate them accordingly. My dogs are at home with my husband while I am in DC for a research fellowship with the Smithsonian to finish my PhD, so I'm missing some quality time with dogs!
