We are a family of animal lovers! We have each owned and taken care of animals our entire lives, and we treat every pet we come across like our own. We recently lost our 15 year old german shepherd mix, and although there's a hole left in our hearts, we're hoping to pass our love and affection onto your pets.

Really pleased with the "home away from home" atmosphere that Kalea & Tristan provided for our 8-month-old Clumber Spaniel, Virgil. It was his first night away from us since my wife and I picked him up from the breeder in January (and our first experience with Rover), and we were both a little uneasy about leaving our velcro dog with anyone else. But Kalea & Tristan we so responsive and reassuring it made us feel silly for having worried about it to begin with. They definitely earned our trust and Virgil's affection. We will definitely be using them again!
Kalea and Tristan are wonderful! Really nice people who took such great care of our dog, Sage. Sent pictures and regular communication to let us know that she was doing well. I always hate to highly recommend someone because it might mean that our dates might be available, but I have to be honest and say that I do highly recommend them! We would definitely have them watch our sweet, Sage, again
Kalea & Tristan were great with Kia and provided great updates. We'd definitely use them to watch our dog again!

Schedule
We are typically available most weekends for full time pet care and boarding in our home. We work outside the home during the week from 8am - 4pm, but we can certainly accommodate pets that are house trained and can be left alone for that amount of time. We have a screened-in porch and a fenced-in back yard that can also be utilized depending on your preference.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet would essentially have the run of our first floor. Small dogs would be welcome in our bed, and large dogs would be welcome to sleep on dog beds next to our bed so they don't feel alone at night. We have a screened-in porch and a fenced-in back yard that can be used for both play and potty time, or we can take your pups on walks in our safe, dog friendly neighborhood if you preferred that. One thing to note, our back yard backs up to some woods and the wooden fence along the back is a little shorter than a standard fence. So if your dog is an escape artist, a high jumper, or an avid climber, then we would just have to give him/her some extra attention when out back. We also do have a cat in the house, but she's used to dogs and can be confined to a completely separate floor if necessary.
