Back on Rover after moving from San Diego to Nashville. I lost my 14 year old toy poodle, Chewie, about three years ago. There’s a massive hole in my heart, and although I won’t be ready to own a dog again anytime soon, my love for them obviously still exists. 14 years with Chewie gave me experience on another level. With a nutritionist, cardiologist, internist, neurologist, and holistic vet, my knowledge is extensive, and Chewie’s list of medications, vitamins/supplements, home cooked meals, and daily subcutaneous fluids was very long. I don’t have my baby anymore, but maybe I can borrow yours to do some of the things she enjoyed.
