Kim is a friendly and kind person! It was easy to communicate with her right from the start. She is punctual and was an excellent carer for Zeeno. She followed all the instructions we left for her regarding Zeeno. Eric, her husband, was excellent in supporting her and we asked him to stay also and help with Zeeno's care when he was available. Zeeno was very happy and enjoyed the love, care, walks and cuddles very much! I want to recommend them highly and will be very happy to book again when needed! Thanks for your help! Much appreciated!

- Independence & Alone Time: How long your dog is genuinely comfortable being left alone, and how they behave during independent time. Reactivity & Walk Triggers: Any sensitivity to other dogs, bikes, wildlife, or fast-moving objects on lead, plus their recall reliability. Resource Guarding & Handling: Any sensitivities around food, high-value chews, toys, or specific body areas being touched or groomed. Health & Medication: Any existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary quirks, and your local veterinary surgery details. Routine & Sleeping Arrangements: Typical meal times, usual walking cadence, where they sleep at night, and household areas kept off-limits.
