I am a graduate student at the University of Florida, so I have flexibility with my days to check in on your pets! I am open to visiting your home to care for your pet or bringing your pet into my own home to care for them! I do not travel much, so I largely have an open schedule. I will happily send you photos of your pets daily!

I live in an apartment complex with ample courtyard space for dogs to walk and play. There is also a nearby dog park to take any dogs that I care for. I also have a lovely fenced in back porch that I often let my cat sit outside on. I am willing to visit and/or stay in your home with your animals as well! I will follow all instructions that you leave me, and I will ensure the safety of your pets while they are in my care.

A typical day
I love to take dogs on a walk through local Gainesville trails and parks! If your dog loves to run, I would love to take them with me on my morning jogs. I absolutely love to play indoors and outdoors, whether it’s fetch, swimming, tug of war, etc. I can also be very generous with treats, if that’s alright with you!

I have been caring for dogs since I was a teenager! I have ample experience with caring for senior dogs, giving walks, feeding, outdoor play, bathing, and nail clipping. I absolutely love all dogs, and I have experience with caring for big and small dogs alike!

There is no one I would trust more than Kaitlyn with my dogs. I have known her since she was eleven, and one constant in all that time is that she absolutely adores all animals. She was a volunteer intern at Lowry Park Zoo one summer, and she has housesat for my dogs over a dozen times - they absolutely love her. She is smart, dependable and scrupulously honest and trustworthy.
Kaitlyn is a wonderful pet owner and caretaker, I’ve had her take care of my two cats on a few occasions. She did an excellent job. She is also a marine biologist and has a deep love for furry friends. As a student her schedule is flexible and can accommodate the pet sitting profession.
