I am home most days all day long only leaving for short amounts of time. With a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I will plan my schedule around having your pets stay with me.

We have an acre back yard that is fully and securely fenced in. I have 5 dogs and 4 cats who are very friendly toward other dogs. I have a nice set up where I am able to separate the pets if needed. Boarding pets will get all the love and care as if they are my own! I am used to very shy or nervous pets, as a few of mine were rescues who were not adoptable to just anyone.

Information Kaitlyn S. would like to know about your pet
I would prefer dogs who are friendly with other dogs and cats but I have so much experience that it’s possible we could work around that. I am open to all breeds i do not discriminate! Any behavioral issues to know about would be appreciated up front.
A typical day
I love being outside and walking dogs. Our yard is giant with lots of smells & not a lot of action. I am happy to add on walks if you want your dog walked as well. On hot days I fill the dog pools in the yard and spend alot of time outside with my own dogs.

Pet care experience
I have worked with dogs for more than a decade. I worked at 2 doggy daycamp/ boarding facilities totaling over 4 years experience. I learned a lot about socializing dogs and dog behavior. While I working at one, I worked with the dog trainers one on one and taught training classes. I walked dogs, did at home pet sitting and fostered dogs in my home. I also worked at a rescue for 2 years as a medical coordinator where I took care of all the animals in the shelter. This gave me quite a bit of knowledge in the veterinary field. I have experience dealing with all breeds of dogs small and large. I have 2 rescue dogs of my own, who came with a great deal of problems and I have worked very hard to get them where they are now. I love every breed of dog and want nothing more than to be around dogs all the time!

Our best boy Schenley had a great time with Kaitlyn. He loved her as soon as he met her, she took him for a walk and played with him and sent us updates, which is always great to receive. We will definitely book a stay with her again.
Kaitlyn was amazing with sunni. Sunni came back happy, calm and like she had stayed with family. I can tell when Sunni s with a sitter who doesn’t pay attention to her and this was not the case with Kaitlyn. Sunni was happy which tells me Kaitlyn spent time with her. I could tell right away that Kaitlyn loves animals and that’s exactly I needed to feel comfortable. Can’t say enough how appreciative we were for Kaitlyn also making time last minute during a holiday weekend. She is great!!
