A typical day
Typical boarding with me involves a 2-3 mile walk each day, fitness exercises and experiencing new toys, playing puzzle games/ brain games that engage a dog's or a cat's problem solving skills, and playing with toys.

Fear Free Care with a Vet Tech
Pet care experience
I am a certified veterinary technician with an additional certification in massage and rehab therapy. I have been working in the animal care industry since 2012 and have worked with and trained dogs for a long as I can remember. I offer expert level care for medically complex cases and a fear free approach for anxious pets. I have experience working with anxious and aggressive dogs as well as competition trained dogs. Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. She is an amazing dog sitter—very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Her experience with dogs really shows in how she cares for them. She gave my dog one-on-one attention and knew exactly how to make him feel comfortable, even in a new environment. She kept him engaged with walks, treats, and mental stimulation so he stayed relaxed and happy. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in her care.
Kaitlyn was amazing with our very anxious mini bernadoodle! Kaitlyn just knows what dogs need to feel comfortable and safe in a new environment. We will definitely book with Kaitlyn again!
Kaitlyn cared for my German Shepherd Mix for a month. I expected our obedience training program to take a step backward during this time but I was wrong. Kaitlyn has a background in dog obedience and agility in addition to her formal training as a Vet Tech and Animal Rehabilitation Specialist. She even taught my dog how to walk on her treadmill! I highly recommend her!!
