Hi! I’m Kate, an animal lover who will keep your adorable cat or dog company while you’re away! 😊 I’ve had cats and dogs for as long as I can remember, including right now - That cute cat in my picture is my baby, Ceci! After several years living in Manhattan, Ceci and I moved to Brooklyn two years ago. I’m still accepting bookings in FiDi/Tribeca, as I still work in the area. I’m a lifetime pet mom with experience taking care of my own kittens/cats (including those who need oral and eye medications) and small/large dogs. I’m a big animal lover and have had cats, dogs, chickens, fish, rabbits, and hamsters throughout my life! As a cat mom and sitter, I’m extremely cautious and hyper-aware of what you/your pet need, and I pride myself on excellent communication, honesty, and reliability. It’s so important to have a pet sitter who you can trust so I prioritize in-person meet ups to get to know you, your pet, and their routine/space whenever possible.

I aim to be a reliable and trustworthy caretaker, and I know how anxiety-inducing it can be to leave your pet and home in the care of someone else. I always send detailed updates and tons of pictures with each check-in or walk. I’m also extremely responsible via the app and share my phone number with you after booking. As a cat mom myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands. I treat everyone’s pet how I treat my cat, Ceci, like a member of the family! 😊

Schedule
More about my schedule: I work a full time job as a policy/financial analyst and am in the office 5 days a week. On weekdays, early mornings (around 6-7 AM)/after work (after 5 PM) are best for me to walk your dog or check in on your cat. I’m also available on weekends.
