Kaitlyn did an amazing job caring for our sweet pup, Peanut. She not only took her on walks but also gave her plenty of snuggles and attention. My husband and I felt completely stress-free knowing Kaitlyn was looking after both our home and our dog. We’ve already booked her three more times and are so grateful to have found someone we can trust.

I would like to start by saying that Kaitlyn did a good job of taking care of the dogs. They got plenty of exercise and attention, so no issue with the care provided. However, there were issues with the communications we received during and after the service. Halfway through, we received a message stating our dogs needed to be picked up because our older dog was having some diarrhea the night before and that morning. When we came up with a compromise to move the pet sitting to our home, she agreed. We were planning on giving a tip to make up the difference in the service charges for a boarding vs in-home sitting. Following the service, we received a message that requested $75 cleaning fee. When we asked for an itemized list for the cleaning fee, it showed standard home cleaners and $40+ with no indication of what was purchased. Additionally, she requested to alter the booking to charge an additional $250 before we could even respond to her messages about additional charges. While we were pleased with the level of care for our dogs, we felt as though we were being taken advantage of following the completion of the service. I’m happy to pay the price difference for her staying in our home vs her home, but I’m not going to pay for multi-purpose cleaner and other supplies that she didn’t share what she purchased with us.
