I would require dogs to meet my dog. He is friendly and on the smaller side at only 35 pounds. He is full of energy and loves to play but also likes to lounge around the house. He has never had an issue with another dog but other dogs will have to meet him first.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks although my buddy doesn't love them so we don't go often. I have a fenced yard that is perfect for fetch. There's also an ice cream stand down the street if any visiting dogs are allowed a dog sundae.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a house with dogs both large and small and having the responsibility of helping to care for them. When I moved into my current home and getting a dog was a possibility I went to the shelter and found my perfect buddy. I love dogs and they are an important part of my life. I like to find things that engage my dog when he plays so he is stimulated mentally as well as physically. I hope this leads to a long and healthy life for him! I have always cared for animals and to be able to provide them with a happy and healthy life is a great joy. I have potty trained puppies, crate trained adult dogs, and taught tricks.

5 stars for sure!! My two pups loved staying with Kaitlyn where they received plenty of snuggles, treats, and playtime with her dog Rufus. My husband and I loved receiving photos and daily updates of their time together. We will definitely use Kaitlyn again the next time we need a sitter <3
This was our first boarding booking through Rover and I’m so glad I found Kaitlyn! Kaitlyn and her boyfriend Jeff took a great care of our two pups while we were away for 8 days. Rufus was a great host dog as well. It made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing our beloved pets were in good hands. I would definitely book with her again :-D
Kaitlyn was quick to respond to my messages and sweet. Winston adored her, and she adored him as well. She sent us many photos that proved he had a good time with her and his doggie companion as well. Thank you Kaitlyn!
Kaitlyn & Jeff watched our rescue dog and they were great. Kaitlyn suggested we let the dogs meet first, which was a perfect way to ease my mind that they & their dog were a good fit. Kaitlyn gave us daily updates & pics which showed how happy & well taken care of our dog was. They gave good feedback throughout our stay & were easy to reach. I am so thankful that we were able to know our dog was in good hands. We will definitely use them again! Thanks so much!
