With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, I provide a calm and structured environment where every animal feels secure and cared for. Your pet will be staying in our home's dedicated and separate room that has direct access to a half acre, surrounded by 6-foot privacy fencing, ideal for a safe play and exercise. I am a certified Yellow Dog Walker through Animal Friends and specialize in positive reinforcement, earning each dog’s trust through patience, consistency, and respect. Dogs from different households are introduced carefully and only if both owners approve. Every dog in my care follows a reliable routine built around their owner’s preferences. Feeding, playtime, cuddle breaks, and outdoor exercise are all kept on schedule, with regular potty breaks every few hours to maintain comfort and consistency. I am experienced in administering oral and topical medications, as well as muscular injections. In the rare event of an emergency, I act quickly and responsibly by providing first aid, contacting the owner immediately, and working with their veterinarian or PVSEC, which is 15 minutes away, if advanced care is needed. Boarding, overnight care, and in-home sitting are all available. Clients receive daily photo and video updates to stay connected and reassured. My family takes pride in maintaining a clean, attentive, and loving environment. Choosing our care means your pet is treated with the same responsibility, structure, and affection we give our own.

Sammie absolutely loved her vacation with Kaitlyn. We received at least one picture a day of our princess & she always looked happy. When we arrived to pick her up she was excited to see us but she was not stressed. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing with Tucker, Maddie, and Greta—and they are not the easiest crew 😊 They’re a little quirky and definitely high-maintenance, and she handled everything (including their specific feeding routines and meds) without any issues. Her setup is incredible. The dogs had their own dedicated space with a bedroom, living room, and sunroom, plus direct access to a beautiful fenced half-acre yard with trees. It honestly felt more like a retreat than boarding. She kept me updated every day with photos, videos, and messages, which I really appreciated. I could tell they were happy, relaxed, and comfortable the entire time. The biggest thing for me—when I picked them up, they were calm and completely at ease, which says everything. I would absolutely trust Kaitlyn with them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, attentive, and genuinely caring environment for their dogs.
Duke and Rookie had a wonderful time with Kaitlyn. They had their own room complete with dog beds and a regular bed which I’m sure Duke slept on. Her back yard was huge and completely fenced which is a plus for Duke to roam around since he loves the outdoors and sniffing. Rookie was happy just playing ball with Kaitlyn and wandering not too far from that ball. Kaitlyn also provided pictures of the two outside and inside which I enjoyed seeing. All in all, when they got home, both slept all night. I would highly recommend Kaitlyn.
Nice clean and roomy place. A large fenced in area for dogs to run. Super friendly pet sitters we felt so comfortable leaving our pets for a few days!
Behr loved his stay with Kaitlyn! We loved the daily updates of his shenanigans! Very nice space for him to explore and settle in. He can’t wait to check out the awesome backyard again - hopefully warmer outside next time!
Kaitlyn is awesome. Addie had her own bed, couch and a half acre fenced in yard. We received lots of videos and pics throughout her stay. We will definitely use Kaitlyn again in the future.

Schedule
Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine, as I work from home full time boarding horses. I maintain a structured schedule that begins early in the morning with feeding, medication administration if needed, and outdoor time in the fenced yard. Throughout the day, I rotate between play sessions, walks, and quiet time to keep pets balanced and comfortable. Evening routines include another round of feeding, bathroom breaks, and wind-down time before bed. For boarding and overnight care, I remain on-site to ensure consistent supervision. I plan my workday and personal schedule around the animals’ needs so no pet is ever left waiting for attention or care.
