I have had at least one dog in my family since I was born, so I have been constantly surrounded by these wonderful animals my entire life (and wouldn't have it any other way). I thrive on the connections I can make with animals, and know how to curate a calming yet playful environment so both my pets and those I dog-sit feel safe and supported. Growing up, I helped teach my dogs tricks, potty train, walk and do heavy exercise (ball-chasing, etc.), as well as comforting my elder dogs in their final moments of life. From puppies to senior canines, I have been around it all!

I am easily adaptable in new environments and do not mind entering homes/yards in order to provide the best care for your pet. I want to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible for drop-in visits and/or walks around a neighborhood/park/etc.

Kaitlyn was wonderful! She was responsive and communicated so well while I was on a 3 day trip. Koa was happy and safe when I returned and I received regular updates from Kaitlyn. Would definitely contact her again for future trips :)
Whenever I am away on vacation, Kaitlyn is my go to when looking for a dog sitter. She is a thorough dog lover and is very responsible. Every-time she comes over, my dogs immediately recognize her and get very excited.
I know Kaitlyn has had a dog in her life for quite some time, so she’s no stranger to the amazing experience of pet care. She’s extremely timely and punctual, kind, caring, and communicates wonderfully with both pets and owners alike. Kaitlyn has dog sat for us when we were in Europe. I had peace of mind that our two Labradors were well taken care of. We got at least a picture a day, sometimes a video! She would text us telling us a fun fact for the day or an activity they did together. If you want someone to love your pet like your own, Kaitlyn is great!

Schedule
I am in a graduate student at the University of Washington, currently on a part-time student schedule which frees up time for me to pursue opportunities I care about, such as pet care. Aside from class time on weekdays, I am willing to work with clients on a flexible schedule to care for pets weekdays and/or weekends.
