Experienced dog walker
I took care of my family's two dogs for many years! I walked, fed, and safely played with both dogs frequently. Because my family's dogs were husky mixes, I'm very familiar with handling and caring for large dogs. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for over a year. There, I walked all sizes of dogs as well as dogs with behavioral and medical issues.

Safety, trust & environment
I always make sure dogs are securely leashed before I take them on a walk. I also ensure that dogs are hydrated throughout their walks. Keeping the dogs fed and hydrated inside the home is very important to me!

Kaitlyn is my daughter! I know she'll be a fantastic dog sitter. She grew up with dogs in the house and was always involved in helping to care for them. She is a caring, loving person and most importantly, trust-worthy, you can count on her, she's always on time (in fact, early). Our dogs have always been rightful members of the family, she was raised with that ideology. Our most recent dog, Sasha, had health issues for several years, Kaitlyn was always so kind, gentle, tender, and always in tune with Sasha's needs. As such, Kaitlyn has that experience with senior dogs, and ones with health issues. In high school, Kaitlyn chose to volunteer at a local county dog shelter, not for extra credits at school (she already had enough), but because she wanted to help support the shelter's mission in caring for dogs while they waited for their forever homes. I would go with her sometimes, so I observed her devotion and care (and time) she gave to so many dogs there. She also honed her dog handling skills there, with different equipment and just in general dealing with all sorts of dogs: dogs with behavioral issues, health issues, or just dogs who were scared of being at the shelter and needed a human friend to help them feel safe. I was so inspired by her work at the shelter, that I also volunteered there at the dog shelter for 1.5 years myself! If you want someone you can completely trust with your dog who frankly, just wants to be a friend to a dog and help an owner with the dog's needs, you will not be disappointed with her!

Schedule
I'm working full time with dog walking, so I'm available nearly every day in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I would love to add your pet into my weekly routine!
