I cannot recommend Kaitlin highly enough! From the moment we connected, she was professional, friendly, communicative, and incredibly trustworthy. Leaving your dog and home in the care of someone you don’t know can be nerve wracking, but she exceeded every expectation I had. She kept me updated on Grizzly throughout my trip, which gave me so much peace of mind. Not only did she take amazing care of him and follow every instruction perfectly, but she truly went above and beyond in ways I never expected. When I came home, Grizzly was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of person she is and the level of care she provides. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet and your home with the same care and respect they would their own. Taking a chance on inviting someone I didn’t know into my home could have been stressful, but instead it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
