As a final year university student in Malmö, my schedule is active but always flexible which makes pet care a natural fit for me. I’m already out and about daily, walking to university and playing beach volleyball among other activities, so incorporating dog walks and check-ins for example fit seem lesson into my routine. Throughout the week I’ve already been caring for dogs on a regular basis, and the open nature of this work means I can give pets the time and attention they truly deserve, rather than squeezing them in between a rigid 9-5.

Whether at my home or a client’s, my priority is making sure the pet feels comfortable, secure and well stimulated. For dogs, that means regular walks, playtime and attentive company throughout the day. I pay close attention to their behaviour and energy to make sure they’re at ease in their environment. For cats, I understand they are more independent but still need consistency, attention and a calm presence. I make sure feeding, litter, and playtime are kept to their usual routine so they feel little disruption as possible. In either setting what matters most to me is that the pet’s routine is respected, their needs are met, and their owner has complete peace of mind. I make sure that there is consistent communication and updates with my clients so they don’t feel out of the loop and as present as possible when being far from their companions.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life- from the age of 12 I’ve cared for Labradors, Afghan Kuchis and Rottweilers. My experience covers everything from daily walks and playtime to veterinary visits and everything in between. I’m not just comfortable around dogs of all sizes and temperaments, I genuinely connect with them and thoroughly enjoy spending time around them. I feel like I can read their energy and make them feel safe, relaxed and at home. I’ve regularly stepped in to help my friends and family with their cats and their care, so I’m comfortable with them too! For the past six months, I’ve already been providing pet care here in Malmö on a personal basis so while this profile is new, the experience is very much real.

Kaiser looked after my two labradors who are more than children to me. I don’t usually feel comfortable having strangers take care of them but since he had good reviews I took a chance. He was professional, very friendly, very good english speaking, well educated, great with Flynn and Tofu who took to him straight away because of his friendly energy and he took initiative with them by feeding them at a time which I was expected to possibly come home. Highly recommended and would book again. Thank you.

I felt super comfortable leaving my dog with Kaisar-Valentin. She had a very good time and returned to me calm and happy. He is a great guy - attentive, understanding and communicative. Replies very fast and gives great updates! Any dog would be happy to spend some time with him for sure!
