Kaisa looked after my 1 year old bengal cat (Mango) whilst we were away. It was her first time staying with someone we didn’t know but it seems like she had the best time! Kaisa sent regular updates which was so reassuring. She really treated Mango as if she was her own cat. I would definitely use Kaisa’s service again. It’s such a relief finding someone that will love your pet as much as you do

My Cat has been with me since he was born. This was the first time where he has been left without me and in the care of someone else, so this was a big decision. Kaisa was fantastic throughout, both with comms and attention to detail. I was regularly updated throughout the days my cat was with her and was sent pictures as well. As my cat is old, he has to have some medication throughout the day, and can be very fussy about it, but all medication was given on time and communicated. When I came to collect him, he was very happy and relaxed and clearly well looked after. It was clear that he had received a lot of attention and care and affection, very easy to tell with cats if they’ve not had a nice time, much like going to the vets. I will definitely be booking Kaisa in again and highly recommend her to someone who is looking for a trustworthy and caring person to look after your cat.

I’m normally not the kind to leave reviews but honestly I feel like I owe it to society to describe how wonderful my experience was with Kaisa! Not only did she help me out in a time of need (short notice cancellation by a friend who was going to look after my cats), but she took them in as if they’re her own 🥹 this was the first time I traveled with peace of mind knowing they’d be in good hands. She sent me regular updates and pictures (professional quality, might I add), and was very keen to know how best to care for my babies. I was lowkey worried that my cats would have not wanted to come back to me at the end 😂 Absolutely recommend Kaisa, I can say with confidence that you will not regret it.

I am delighted to write this referral for my daughter, Kaisa, as she joins Rover. Kaisa has grown up surrounded by cats her entire life, and from a very young age she took on genuine responsibility for their care and attending to their needs without being asked. What has always stood out to me is her ability to understand each cat as an individual. Over the years we have had cats with very different personalities, and Kaisa has naturally adapted to each of them, recognising what makes them comfortable and what they need to thrive. Her love for animals has never been limited to our own pets. As a child, she would regularly take the dogs of our neighbours out for walks, always reliable and caring in how she handled them.
