We met Kailyn when we moved and needed a groomer for our standard poodle, Meadows, who had been traumatized in the past with grooming and is very selective about who she trusts. From day one, Kailyn was incredibly gentle and patient, taking the time to work through Meadows’ insecurities at her own pace. It didn’t take long before Meadows completely fell in love with her, and honestly, that says everything. Kailyn has also cared for Meadows while we were away. Even with her special dietary and medical needs, I’ve never had to worry. She sends regular updates and photos, without being asked! Which gives me so much peace of mind and makes being away a lot easier. Kailyn is kind, patient, and truly loves what she does. If your pet is even a little picky, shy, or needs extra care, she’s exactly the person you want. Meadows trusts her completely, and so do I.

Kailyn has been my groomer for 10 years and counting. My dog Franklin loves seeing Kailyn, despite him not liking bath time! Over the years I've seen her accommodate animals of different breeds, age and sizes. Kailyn truly has a gift connecting with animals and caring for them. Kailyn is the only person we have trusted to watch our girls (dogs). She is so caring and great with the dogs. They are always very excited to see her. She is dependable and came in advance to see them in their environment before watching them. Kailyn is also a dog groomer so she has lots of experience with caring for dogs. Kailyn loves all animals which is just part of what makes her an exceptional caregiver to fur babies! When we left our dog with Kailyn, we never worried. We were 100% confident that she was getting the best care. She loved and treated her just as if it was her own dog. Kailyn’s full time profession is a groomer and we would often take our dog to her for a “spa” day. Unfortunately, our dog is no longer with us but we are thankful for the love she received and highly recommend Kailyn!

I’ve seen her go out of her way to make sure every pet she is around feels comfortable and cared for, and it’s clear how much she genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. She takes excellent care when I have used her with my dog and she always sends updates so I know he is doing okay!
