I teach high school English full time, but I'm also a professional cat lady (an unspoken requirement for teaching English, I think) and dog mom. I’m an animal lover at heart! ** I grew up in a household that always had multiple pets, so I can't imagine life without them. I currently have two fur babies of my own- an almost 2 year old lab mix and a 5 year old tortoiseshell cat. They’re both spoiled divas! **I have over 10 years of animal care experience that comes from caring for my own pets and regularly petsitting for neighbors, friends, and family. I have extensive experience with dogs and cats of all ages, and some experience caring for fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, and birds. I’m well versed in dealing with anxious and high energy dogs/puppies. (My dog is an anxious weirdo but we love her anyway lol). **Being a pet parent myself, I understand how nerve-racking it is to trust someone else to provide quality care to your animals. With that in mind, I promise to treat your pets with the same care and affection I give my own! I would love the opportunity to care for your furry friends!

Kailin is an incredibly responsible, patient, and loving pet caregiver! I've trusted her with my pets (senior dog and senior cat) multiple times over the years and she never disappoints. She makes sure they're well-fed, exercised, and comforted. My pets adore her! I've also seen how she is with her own pets and can attest that they are velcro animals- they absolutely LOVE their mom! Schedule
I follow a traditional school calendar/schedule. During the school year my availability is more limited (my work days are 6:55-2:45) but I’m still able to pet sit on the weekends and do walks/drop-ins in the evenings during the work week. I am typically available on holiday breaks and teacher work days. During the summers I have wide open availability!
