Pet care is a consistent and important part of my daily routine. Each morning, I start by feeding my pets and making sure they have fresh water. I also take time for a short walk or play session. It’s a responsibility I really enjoy, and it helps structure my day while also strengthening our bond.

A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and engaged, so I always try to tailor activities to their personality, energy level, and preferences. For dogs, that might include going on nature walks, playing fetch, working on basic commands with treats, or even a game of tug-of-war. For more relaxed pups, I might offer belly rubs and puzzle toys for mental stimulation. With cats, I enjoy interactive play using wand toys, laser pointers, or simply giving them cozy cuddle time if they’re social. I also make sure they have climbing or scratching outlets to stay active. If the pet enjoys learning, I’ll work on simple enrichment games or training to keep their minds sharp. No matter what, I focus on making them feel loved, entertained, and comfortable while their owners are away.

Kailey was awesome! She sent photos and updates each day, which my kids (and I) loved. I came home to find my house in perfect order and my pets all well taken care of. She definitely exceeded expectations.
Kailey did a fantastic job taking care of our cat while we were gone. She is very prompt and made sure that our cat had her daily pill. Great to be able to vacation and not have to be concerned about our cat. Thank you!!
