We appreciate that Kailani cared for our pups over the weekend, house-sat, and watered our plants. She was kind to them, and we returned to find them safe and sound. That said, we did have some concerns. Communication could have been stronger, and when we returned, the front door was left unlocked. The biggest issue was an incident where the dogs got into a bag of treats. While thankfully they’re okay, we would have appreciated more urgency and accountability around what happened. With more attention to detail and clearer communication, I think Kailani could grow into a reliable sitter.

I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention Kailani provided to my dog Teddy while I was away. Teddy, who is partially blind, required special care, and Kailani proved to be the perfect fit. Right from meeting Kailani, her genuine passion for animal care was evident. Not only did she ensure Teddy's basic needs were met, but she also went above and beyond to keep him entertained and happy in my absence. Kailani's regular updates and photos during my trip were greatly appreciated, and I returned home to find Teddy content and well-loved.
