Schedule
As a PhD student, I have a pretty flexible schedule, especially on weekends. I'm really active and love running, so fitting in walks or playtime with pets is something I enjoy. Caring for pets is a great way for me to take a break from my studies, and it fits perfectly into my routine.

When pets stay with me, I focus on making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I make my place pet-friendly by removing anything that could be a hazard and setting up cozy spots for them to chill. I keep a close eye on them to ensure they’re relaxed and happy. I stick to their usual routines and make sure they have plenty of playtime and affection. Whether it’s having their food and water ready or giving them a quiet place to rest, I do my best to make sure every pet feels at home and loved.
A typical day
When your dog is with me, they’ll get a fun mix of activity and chill time. We’ll start with a run or walk, then play fetch or tug-of-war before relaxing on the grass. In the afternoon, we might explore a park or enjoy a calm stroll. As the day winds down, we’ll end with some cuddles and light play, ensuring your dog is happy and relaxed for a good night’s sleep.
