In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely—feeding, walks, meds, and favorite activities—so their pet feels secure in their own space. If I’m caring for a pet in my own space, I make sure they have a safe, cozy area, plenty of attention, and a good balance of play and rest. I’ve been around animals my entire life, and I’ve also fostered through Companion Animal Alliance, which has given me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, backgrounds, and temperaments. From shy rescues to energetic pups, I know how to make every dog feel safe, loved, and understood. I’m also a dedicated graduate student studying Speech Pathology, which means I’m naturally patient, detail-oriented, and excellent at communication. My schedule allows me to be reliable and consistent, and I treat every pet in my care like they’re my own. Ultimately, I strive to create a safe, loving, and individualized experience for every pet. Your furry family member will always get my full attention, compassion, and care.

Kaila was fantastic with our dogs! She kept them entertained, made sure they ate all of their food, and carefully followed all of the notes and instructions we left for her. She even sent us pictures during her visit, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our dogs took to her immediately, and it was clear she genuinely cared about them and enjoyed spending time with them. Kaila also treated our home with the utmost respect and made sure everything was put back exactly where it belonged.
