Couch Cuddles & Belly Rubs: After all that activity, I’m a firm believer in winding down with plenty of gentle pets, brushing (if they enjoy it!), and just being a calm, comforting presence. For the Small & Feathered Friends: Supervised Out-of-Cage Time: For bunnies, guinea pigs, and other small critters (in a safe, enclosed space, of course!). Treat Hide-and-Seek: Hiding their favorite healthy treats in their enclosure for them to discover. · Talking & Singing: For birds and some small animals, hearing a gentle, friendly voice can be very comforting.
