Hi, I'm Kai! I've grown up around dogs of all sizes and personalities to the point I say they basically raised me. I have constantly interacted and lived with them since then and never lost my love for animals. I also have years of experience with cats and have probably cared for every small critter you can think of (yes, even birds, hedgehogs, and ferrets). I'm trained in basic obedience, pet CPR/first aid, and spent years volunteering with the Humane Society, where I learned how to care for dogs, cats, and lots of small critters with a wide range of temperaments and needs. Whether your pet wants an adventure buddy, a cuddle partner, or someone to patiently stick to their routine, I'm happy to meet them where they're comfortable. My goal is to give them the same level of care, attention, and affection I'd want for my own pets while giving you complete peace of mind. While I've taken a break from Rover for a while, I'm excited to be back accepting new clients!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I care for one household at a time, follow your care instructions closely, and treat your home with the same respect I'd expect for my own. Dogs remain leashed during walks unless we're in a securely fenced area with your explicit permission. Outside adventures like hiking or dog parks are only considered for dogs who are well-suited for them and only with owner approval. I ask that dogs who cannot safely be left alone for short periods have a crate or designated safe area. I'll always communicate my schedule ahead of time so there are no surprises.

We completely trust Kaiden to stay at our house and watch our dog. He is conscientious, thorough and a great companion to animals. This was the second time we have used him, and we have him booked for one more stay. He is one of the best out there!!
Kaiden was impressive from the moment we met him at our meet and greet. He answered all questions we had prior to the stay, but then had his own questions to ensure his comfort level with our home and animals. Durning his stay, he proved wonderful daily updates on our dogs, and wasn’t hesitant to ask any question he had arise during his stay. We came home to a very clean home and happy pets! We would definitely recommend Kaiden to anyone looking for a responsible and reliable home sitter.
Although I had poor WiFi where I was at- Kaiden was able to update me pretty frequently. He is a good communicator. I was pleased with his services. He is gentle and patient with my old dog who had a few digestive issues when I was gone. Sparky was normal and happy when I returned. This is the best I have felt about leaving him with someone in a long time. Sparky usually takes a few days to settle down after I have gone on vacation when he has a bad boarding experience and there was none of that this time. The last boarding was very traumatizing to him and I had to reassure him for several days. We just got back into our normal routine right away this tie. I am very grateful to Kaiden for that and am very satisfied.
Kaiden has been walking for us regularly for quite a few months now and is always very reliable! He sends pictures of our pup after every walk and gives us a status update. He even goes above and beyond if we have any delivery boxes he will bring them into the house! As two working professionals we depend on him quite a bit to walk our favorite pupper while we are working different schedules. Thanks, Kaiden!

Schedule
My schedule is flexible throughout most of the week, and when I'm caring for your pet, their needs come first. I work 16 hours between Friday and Saturday supporting individuals with disabilities. If booking during that time, please ensure your pet is comfortable with a normal workday schedule or has arrangements for a midday drop-in if needed. My schedule revolves around providing attentive, consistent care and sticking as closely as possible to your pet's normal routine.
