Availability
As a dedicated sitter, I prioritize your pet’s needs above all else. I offer flexible scheduling and stay at homes during stays, ensuring pets receive attentive, consistent care and maintain their usual routine as much as possible. Whether it’s walks or drop-ins, you can count on the same level of devotion and care. Th-Sat I work PT. Shifts vary, but they’re always scheduled between 9am-6pm, up to 8 hours, and total weekly hours never exceed 16. Pets haven’t had issues with this arrangement, but if your friends cannot be alone here, please make plans. :)

Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I care for one household at a time, follow your care instructions closely, and treat your home with the same respect I give my own. Dogs remain leashed during walks unless we're in a securely fenced area. Outside adventures like hiking or dog parks are only considered for dogs who are well-suited for travel and only with owner approval. I ask that dogs who cannot safely be left alone have a crate or designated safe area. Any unlisted schedule deviations will always be communicated prior so there are no surprises.

Please share anything that will help me keep them happy, comfortable, and safe, including: - Daily routines and feeding schedule - Medications, allergies, or medical conditions - Favorite toys, games, and activities - Fears, triggers, or behavioral quirks - Energy level and exercise needs - Garage code, WiFi, garbage, etc. Please include all details you feel comfortable sharing related to your home or pet(s). I require an in-person meet and greet, and I’ll bring a form to fill out details on. For everyone's safety, I don’t accept pets with a history of escaping or aggression (toward people or animals). I welcome all breeds and ask that pets be current on all legally required vaccinations. I'm certified in Pet CPR/First Aid, and Rover's Pet Guarantee is there for emergencies. Please include all pets requiring care when making your booking. If you'd like additional care or tasks beyond basic mail, trash, or a few houseplants—discuss that ahead of time.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I tailor the day around what they enjoy most. Whether that's long walks, games of fetch, puzzle toys, sniffing games, practicing tricks, or simply relaxing together, I make sure they receive both physical exercise and mental enrichment. I also make time for plenty of affection, play, and focused attention. My goal is for your pet to feel comfortable, happy, and loved while you're away.

Hey, I’m Kai! I grew up surrounded by dogs of all breeds and sizes and developed a strong bond with them (the jury remains undecided, but I say they raised me). My love for animals has never faded! I'm trained in pet CPR/first aid and have spent years volunteering for a shelter where I learned how to care for dogs, cats, and all the small critters with a wide range of temperaments and needs. Whether your pet wants an adventure buddy, a cuddle partner, or someone to patiently stick to their routine, I'm happy to meet them where they're comfortable. My goal is to give them the same level of care, attention, and affection as you do while giving you complete peace of mind.
