When Kady Watches Your Pet Your dog’s day with me follows a consistent routine so they always know what to expect. I work from home full time, so your dog is never alone. Most dogs settle right in and are happy to snooze under my desk after a good walk or hike. Your dog starts the day around 6 AM with a bathroom break and an extended walk or sniff walk, followed by breakfast and fresh water. Throughout the morning and afternoon they’re free to roam the property, nap under my desk, or play in the yard while I work. They always have access to inside and outside via the dog door, and I’m always within sight or earshot. Midday they get another walk or backyard play session, and I’ll send you photo updates on Rover. The evening follows the same rhythm with another long walk, dinner, and chill time while I work or watch TV. Before bed they get a final bathroom break and an enrichment session like a filled Kong or indoor fetch to wind down for the night. There are few quality boarding options in our area, and I never take more than one to two dogs at a time to ensure every pup gets top quality, individualized care. Because they’re boarding with me on my property, there’s no coming and going. They’re with me from drop off to pick up, 24 hours a day.

A typical day
Your dog gets a full day of structured exercise, consistent meal times, stimulating play, and genuine companionship, not kennel time. Because they’re boarding with me on my property, there’s no coming and going. They’re with me from drop off to pick up, 24 hours a day. There are few quality boarding options in our area, and I never take more than one to two dogs at a time to ensure every pup gets top quality, individualized care. Going out of town and don’t want your dog stressed out in a kennel? Let me ease your woes! I became a sitter after using Rover myself, and I can confidently tell you there are various levels of care you’ll receive here. This is the top tier boarding! I now offer boarding at my home in Omaha, Georgia, a rural, fully fenced property with acreage, a dedicated dog run, and a dog door so your pup has free access to inside and outside as they please. This isn’t a crate-and-wait situation. Your dog gets to just be a dog, roaming, sniffing, exploring, all in an idyllic, safe setting with constant supervision. I work from home full time and am never not with the dogs in my care. As an added layer of peace of mind, every boarding dog wears a tracker collar during their stay. I’ll add you to the app so you can see exactly where your dog is and monitor their daily activity and steps in real time. My dog Petey is my shadow and will likely be part of your dog’s stay. He’s well-socialized and a great host. If your dog prefers solo time or isn’t dog-friendly, Petey can absolutely be kept separate. No problem at all. More and more owners I have consultations with have expressed that their pets are left in kennels for extended periods or are not exercised enough and become stressed. This is often from younger sitters or sitters who lowball their prices and do not set clear expectations of their service. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond in caring for your pet, I am your gal. I treat your pets like family while at the same time understanding you are paying me for a premium service, and that’s exactly what you’ll get. Kady was awesome and am very grateful for how she took care of Loki. She would keep us updated every visit to the house to either let Loki out or to take him for a walk. She even managed to take him on a walk with the smoke which was above and beyond. Stayed true to the schedule we had discussed prior to care. Would definitely recommend Kady and will rebook with her again.
I had Kady care for my two Llewellin setters (hunting dogs) while we were away for a few days. I seldom leave them in anyone's care, because they have fairly rigorous exercise needs and are sensitive to not having their human companions nearby. They're wired a bit differently, but if you get their trust and meet their exercise needs, you're golden. Kady succeeded, despite horrible air quality, to meet their needs, meet mine (I worry about them a bit when I'm gone), and we came home to two very happy, secure doggies - ready to pick up where we left off. Kady was very flexible in order to work around the air issues, and I just so much appreciate her efforts - I finally found someone that will allow me to leave home for a brief time, and know my dogs will be well cared for.
Kady is amazing! Our young pup is a handful and she won his heart immediately by being sensitive to his personality and taking him on a walk right away to put him at ease. Totally trustworthy and responsible. 10/10 will use Kady again!

Our dogs LOVED her and her initial meeting and then updates made us feel better going out of town, we don't leave our pets much!!
