Before caring for your dog, I like to learn a bit about their personality and routines so I can provide the best experience possible. It’s helpful to know whether your dog gets nervous around new people or how they behave around other dogs, especially if we may go on group walks. I also appreciate any details about their typical behavior on walks do they tend to pull, get easily excited, or have specific triggers? Additionally, I welcome any preferences or expectations you have as a pet parent. Understanding what a normal day looks like for your dog helps me keep their routine consistent and ensures they feel comfortable and well cared for.
A typical day
I typically enjoy taking dogs on daily walks, exploring quiet backroads or local trails for fresh air and exercise. If you prefer your dog not go on walks outside the yard, that’s no problem at all—I’m just as happy to keep them engaged with playtime, whether it’s fetch, tug of war, enrichment toys, or simple one on one attention. My goal is to make sure your dog stays active, happy, and well-loved in whatever way you’re most comfortable with.

Hello! My name is Kacey, and I’m an experienced pet sitter and dog walker with a lifelong passion for animals. I began caring for pets in elementary school, helping my neighbors by walking their dogs and watching their pets while they were away. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with dogs of all sizes and a wide variety of breeds. During high school, I also job shadowed at a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable hands on knowledge about animal care, behavior, and overall wellbeing. This experience further strengthened my ability to provide attentive and compassionate care. When your pet is in my care, I am committed to going above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and care for your furry family members!

Kacey is a wonderful caregiver. I have a pitbull mix and a border collie. She has housesat them numerous times, and she is my local dog walker. Always updates me with pictures and lets me know how they are doing. I never have to worry about my fur babies when they are with her. she loves them like her own, and she is extremely accommodating. I would recommend her at any time without hesitation. She is amazing.
