Hi! I’m Kylie and 23 from Hong Kong. I particularly love cats and have the patience to understand their needs. I can offer them a safe and comfortable environment. I have worked in a cat café, which deepened my understanding of cats' needs and behaviors. My clients have expressed satisfaction with my professionalism and love for animals. I have never had the chance to own a cat, but I really enjoy interacting with them. Ka Yu was very professional, and our cats were very well cared for, especially Cola, who has chronic kidney disease. Communication was easy and effective. We received clear updates every day about how the cats were doing, together with photos and video clips. Whenever Ka Yu noticed anything unusual or had any concerns about the cats’ condition, she would let us know promptly so that we could decide whether any further action was needed. She was also very reliable and punctual, visiting at roughly the same time each day. If there was any change to the usual visiting time, she would always let us know in advance. Overall, I highly recommend Ka Yu. I would definitely choose her again whenever I need a cat sitter in the future.

Kylie is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She updates me every time she visits. My cats urinated on the floor, making a mess at home. Kylie spent a lot of time to help me clean it up.
